Service and Support

SG Gaming customers can benefit from our renowned field based support via our 7 day a week helpdesk and a highly qualified field team including engineers and regional based support. We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide and our ability to minimise machine downtime wherever in the UK our customer is.

Our service team are responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of ‘in venue’ support to help venue staff and address any technical issues that arise including software or hardware related fixes.

Working in close partnership with our customers on new venue installations and terminal upgrades, our team are responsible for rollouts from one venue to some of the most complex national rollouts.
